So often a bad day is triggered by one *single* person in your world... and then it just SPIRALS. I found this floating around on Pinterest (another link-less quote that I couldn't link-back, or would have), and it really stuck with me.
The next time I find myself slipping into a 'funk' over the way someone has treated me, I'm going to try to imagine them in a sea of seven BILLION other people who *aren't* behaving that way. And hey, majority rules. Right? :)
